It’s time to Go Live!
Step 1: ISV Account Creation & Activation
Once a client is approved by the Valor ISV Team, an ISV User Account is created in the Production Environment.
- The ISV team will send an activation email to the ISV user.
- The ISV user must open the email and click the activation link.
- Set a secure password to activate the account.
- Once the password is set, the ISV account is now active and ready for login.
Step 2: Logging Into the ISV User Account
- Navigate to the Valor Production Portal.
- Enter the registered email and newly created password.
- Click Login to access the ISV User Dashboard.
Step 3: Generating ISV User Token for Semi-Integration
To process semi-integrated transactions, the ISV User Token must be generated.
- After logging in, navigate to the Settings section.
- Click on the ISV Keys Tab.
- Locate the option to Generate ISV User Token.
- Click Generate, and the ISV User Token will be displayed.
- Copy and securely store the ISV User Token, as it is required for all semi-integrated transactions going forward.
Step 4: Managing ISO Integrations & API Credentials
Once the ISV User Account is active, the ISV can set up integrations for ISO companies of their choosing.
- Go to the ISO Management section in the portal.
- Select the ISO Company for integration.
- Generate the required API Credentials for integration:
- APP ID
- APP Key
- Channel ID
- Share these credentials with the appropriate ISO company or development team for integration.
Step 5: Using the ISV User Token for Transactions
- The ISV User Token must be included in all semi-integrated transaction requests.
- Ensure the token is securely stored and not shared publicly.
- The token can be regenerated if needed by repeating Step 3.
Next Steps
- Begin integration with the Valor Connect Wrapper API using the generated credentials.
- Test transactions in sandbox before moving to production.
